Charles J. “Butch” Cretara, Jr., age 82, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024, at home with his wife by his side. He fought a courageous four-year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Born on April 20, 1942, in Ossining, NY, he was the son of the late Charles J. Certara, Sr. and Julia DiPillo Cretara.
He was a 1960 graduate of Ossining High School where he excelled in sports, especially baseball. He dreamed of playing baseball …
