Charles Lloyd Brooks Jr. Passed away suddenly at his home on July 11, 2023.

Born in Elkton, MD on October 11, 1970 to Charles Lloyd Brooks Sr. and Madeline Rae Brooks (Price).

He was a millwright for Local 219, Wilmington, DE. He enjoyed the outdoors, his family and watching the Eagles play.

He is survived by his sons, Garrett Brooks (Gabrielle) of North East and Chase Brooks US Army Basic Training, Company B148, MO. his father, Charles Brooks Sr (Nancy) of Havre de Grace, his sister Amy Baull (Brian) of Dagsboro, DE and a nephew, Brian Baull Jr. and niece Ella Baull also of Dagsboro, step-sisters, Theresa Brewster of Bel Air and Melissa Johnson of Charlestown and longtime girlfriend, Beverly Reil.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Madeline, his aunt Vina Castle of Elkton and his twin nieces, Deanna and Christina of Dagsboro.
