It is with a profound sense of loss that we announce the passing of Mr. Charles "Chip" Auman Jr. on April 26, 2025. Chip was born on May 25, 1959, a man of great character, deeply loved by all who knew him, and will be profoundly missed.

Chip is survived by his beloved nephew, David Stephens; his devoted brother, David Auman; and his cherished niece, Erica Wise. He was predeceased by his loving Mother, Mrs. Shirley Auman, his caring sister, Mrs. Terri Earnhardt, and his supportive father, Mr. Charles Auman, Sr.

Known for his affinity for Dr. Pepper, watching episodes of Dr. Who, and indulging in old western movies, Chip found joy in the simplest of things. His favorite pastime was sitting in front of the television, a pastime that others might find mundane, but one that brought Chip immense satisfaction and enjoyment.

In his own unique way, Chip taught those around him about the power of the mind, often quoting the phrase "Mind over matter". His lessons and memories will be forever engrained in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him.
