We regret to announce the passing of Charles "Duval" Norris, 38, of West Palm Beach, FL, on January 05, 2023. Charles passed away, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born in Jacksonville, FL. July 9th, 1984, then moved to West Palm Beach, FL. Charles was a devoted father and loving spouse and brother. He brought a glow to the world and a smile to the faces he has encountered always. We will forever remember him for his goofy personality and loving and caring spirit and heart. 

He is survived by Spouse: Dominicke Norris , Children: Linda Norris , Charles A. Norris Jr. , Jeremiah Norris , Neveah Norris , Amia Norris , Jazzell Norris , Iszabella Norris and Mariah Norris, His Older Sisters : Calanthe Y. Gaines , Tamaro T. Norris and Cherica M. Nazien , Father: Charles Lee Norris, and many more family that loves and will miss him dearly.
