Charles, 32, of New York, NY passed away suddenly after battling with some health conditions for some time. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss.

Charles was born on September 19, 1991 to Annette Rosa and Anthony James in New York, NY. After graduating from high school in 2010, Charles attended Job Corps with a focus in Security.

During his time at Job Corps, Charles got many opportunities to meet life-long friends and work for various companies that allowed him to travel. He loved watching sports and hanging with friends and family. He was a bright and kind individual.

Charles was always ready to help someone in need, especially family. 

Anyone who knew Charles, knew that he was a gentle giant that would buck up if you messed with him or his loved ones. He had an immense passion for all things basketball and was always a source of positivity. He could argue the stats all day long! His family and friends will miss him more than words can say.  There will be a funeral service held on December 22, 2023 from 5pm to 8pm at Ortiz Funeral Home (message family for details).
