Charlene Winning (Sturgill), 59, passed away on November 16, 2020 in Cardington, Ohio. Born August 09, 1961 to Mary and Luther Sturgill. Beloved wife to James Winning. Devoted mother of Donald (Libby) Sturgill, Jennifer (David) Spence, James (Angie) Winning, Michelle (Joseph) Loy, Pamela (Johnny) Hurst, Richard Winning, Kevin Winning, Melanie Sturgill, and Amanda Sturgill. Beloved daughter of the late Melissa Sturgill. Sister to the beloved brother of the late Paul Sturgill. Sister of Steve Sturgill and Brian Sturgill. Charlene has fourteen granddaughters, Carie Davis, Courtney Sturgill, Melissa Sturgill, Jassica Sturgill, Jessica Winning, Savannah Grimmett, Mikayla Grimmett, Peyton Sturgill, Tiffany Sturgill, Katie Sturgill, Misty Sturgill, Danielle Sturgill, and Kayley Sturgill. Charlene has four grandsons, Robert Winning, Jordan Winning, Jason Sturgill, and Tyler Sturgill. She has three great-grandchildren, Maya Edwards, Jace Winning, and Chloe Winning. She also has many nieces and nephews.
