Charlene Burdett, born on November 11, 1948, in Mobile, Alabama, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, in her hometown of Mobile. She was 77 years old.

Charlene’s life was deeply rooted in love and devotion to her family. A cherished mother and grandmother, she poured her heart into nurturing those closest to her. Her unwavering care and presence were a constant source of strength and comfort to those who knew her.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Jeri Kestner and Son in law Robert Kestner; her grandchildren Leah Creel and John Riley Creel; her brothers Frank Burdett and Jeff Burdett; her sister Debbie Mcglothren; Sister in law Lisa Burdett; Brother in law Gerald Mcglothren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Their lives are a testament to the enduring love Charlene shared with each of them.

Charlene now joins in eternal rest her beloved parents, Lucille and Delbert Burdett; her daughter Mary LuAnn Miller; Sister in law Bonnie Burdett and her niece Brandy Hamblin. The reunion with those who went before brings solace to those left behind.

Charlene went home to be with her Heavenly Father and the loved ones who passed before her. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her.
