It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of Chanelle "CJ" Jasmine Prouty on March 9, 2024, Chanelle was a cherished individual who, despite her brief time left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Chanelle is survived by her loving mother, Kelly Prouty, as well as two children,, Kennedy & Mia
Chanelle’s spirit will continue to illuminate the lives of those who love her.
