Chandler Paul Bloom passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2022. He was 22 years old. Chandler was born on February 14, 2000 in Sacramento, CA to parents Jonathan and Dena Bloom. Chandler is survived by his parents and five sisters: Shealee, McKenzie, Marlee, Tatum, and Hayden.

As a youth, Chandler was described as witty and silly, and he always made people laugh. Everyone loved Chandler, and he certainly rolled to the beat of his own drum. Chandler was a spectacular soccer player competing in recreational and club teams from age 3 to 18. His exemplary athletic skill earned him scholarships to play with elite soccer teams. Chandler also played baseball as a kid, and he competed in track and cross country while in high school. Chandler enjoyed working-out at the gym, shooting, fishing, camping, snowboarding, skateboarding, and of course spending time with his friends and family.

Sometimes Chandler took the “long way around the track” especially when it came to school. Nonetheless, Chandler finished high school and proudly graduated in 2019. Chandler’s primary goal as a young adult was creating financial freedom. He wanted to be able to take care of himself, his loved ones, and his own family he hoped to create one day. Chandler’s dream of being married and having children was not fulfilled before his passing, but he was able to accomplish many financial goals, like purchasing his own home in 2021.

While his life was way too short, Chandler made a huge impact on everyone around him. He was a true warrior and leader and overcame many life challenges during his time with us. Chandler persevered through the tough times…and did it with a smile on his face! He was also kind and loving, and helped others through their struggles; a True Friend!

Chandler was an Amazing young man. His passing has left a void in us all, and with God’s love and grace we will continue our own fight – to Live Life To the Fullest - in Chandler’s honor. We are heartbroken and confused by Chandlers passing, yet we also believe God Loves Us and has a perfect plan for each and every one of us. We may never understand why we didn’t get more time with Chandler; nonetheless we are so very thankful and blessed for the time we did get. We love Chandler so much, and we know he loved each of his family members and friends with all his heart! The essence of who Chandler was, the impact he made on others, and the love he extended will remain forever!
