Chad Everett Reid, 25yrs old. Colorado Springs, CO. July 24,1996 - April 26, 2022

Our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, Chad Everett Reid, unexpectedly passed on the night of April 26th 2022 at the age of 25.

Chad’s big smile and enthusiasm to live life to the fullest was admired by anyone and everyone that crossed paths with him. He was an avid lover of adventure between snowboarding, off-roading, dirt biking and traveling to new places. Whatever environment he was in, you would be sure to see him dancing. Watching Chad dance was always a thrill and something you would think you bought a ticket to watch.

Chad’s love for adventure was only surpassed by the love he had for his family and friends. Living close to his Mother, Chad was always there for her to be of good company and continued to be generous with his acts of service. Chad was also the middle child, growing up with only girls. He had such a unique bond with all of his sisters individually, always wanting to show them off and lean into their worlds. In talking with Chad’s friends, the word that has been used to best describe him is “Loyal”. The friendships and relationships Chad built over his lifetime will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

One of Chad’s many accomplishments was graduating from UCCS, December 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He was always fascinated by the human mind and what causes people to feel, perceive and react how they do.

He is survived by his mother, Yvette; his sisters: Makena, Erin, Emery, Noelle, Rebecca and Julia; his grandparents: Gary, Myrna, and Ruth; and his loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His life will be celebrated at “The Tent” at New Life Church Saturday May 14th, 2022 at 1:30pm. Please RSVP.
