In lieu of flowers

In lieu of flowers, consider a gift to Best Friends Animal Society.
I knew Chad through Donota and from being around the family over the years, and he was someone I always looked forward to seeing. Even though we weren’t related, he treated me like part of the circle. We connected right away over our shared love of motorcycles and cars; he could talk engines, rides, and builds with a passion that made you want to stay in the conversation. Seeing him at family functions, laughing, telling stories, and bringing that easygoing energy with him, is something I’ll always remember. Losing him is heartbreaking, and I’ll miss the way he made everyone around him feel welcome. He left a mark on a lot of us, and I’m grateful I got to know him.
Chad was more than family to me. We weren’t just cousins; we moved through the world like brothers. He was the one I could laugh with, lean on, and trust without question. Losing him leaves a silence I don’t know how to fill, but I’m grateful for every moment we shared and every memory that shaped who we became. I’ll carry his spirit with me for the rest of my life.

Losing Chad has left a hole in my heart that words can barely touch. He wasn’t just my nephew; he was like a brother to me. We grew through life side by side, and the memories we shared are some of the ones I hold closest. His kindness, his spirit, and the love he carried for his family will stay with me always. I will miss him every day, but I will carry him with me in everything I do.

Chad Miller was not only my nephew, but a bright and gentle soul whose kindness touched everyone around him. His time with us was far too short, yet the love he shared and the warmth he carried made a lasting imprint on our family. I will always hold close the memories I have of him; small moments that now mean everything. Chad will forever be missed, and forever cherished.

I will love and miss you always,

Your Aunt Diana Tapper xoxo

We will always miss our cousin Chad. He was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known, and I’ll forever cherish the memories I have of him.
I didn’t get much time with my cousin Chad since he passed when I was very young, but I do remember him. The memories I have of him are ones I’ll always hold close.
