😔💔 just learned of his passing today. I’m so sorry to hear this. He was one of the BEST chefs I ever had the pleasure knowing and working for. He taught me so many things in culinary. I met him when he was hired at the Front Porch he took a lot of weight off my shoulders and made the menu more classy. lol we both loved the same music from Megadeth and Radio Head to Kings of Leon and Metallica. He let me join him in opening JillyJo’s in Tampa. We also worked together at The Bistro on Florida and then again at The Ivy on N. Dale, also in Tampa. He was always in my heart and often thought of and brought up amongst friends and family throughout the years and now will be even more in his passing. All my love to you Chad and your family.
