It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Chad Adair, who left us too soon on September 21, 2025, barely past his 52nd birthday. Chad was born. September 12, 1973, to His parents Terry Adair and Cathy Woodland.

Chad was a unique man, often described as cranky (haha), yet filled with warmth and love for his family. His vivacious personality and distinctive zest for life will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. A man of simple pleasures, Chad found joy in the seemingly mundane. He loved to go out on his boat, fish, play with big equipment, listen to George Strait music, and drive without any destination in mind.

In addition to his parents Chad survived by his children Makayla Adair, Rachel Adair, Eli Castens, and Olivia (Nate) Edward; His sisters Michelle Joyce, Sara (Joseph) Sterling, Emily Woodland; his grandsons Cian, Khai, and Hendrix; and all his nephews, nieces, friends, and many other family members. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he left behind.

As we mourn our loss, we also celebrate Chad's remarkable life, forever cherishing the memories we created with him. It's hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember. Rest in peace, Chad Adair.
