Cesar volunteered extensively with numerous national Asian American community organizations. The AAPI Network is a nonprofit organization he volunteered for for many years. AAPI network has stepped in to raise funds for his Pancreatic Cancer treatment, Cremation and Celebration of Life expenses. In every role, he led with integrity, heart, and a deep commitment to uplifting the community. Contribute
