It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Celeste Rochilli Torres born Celeste Rochilli Moore, beloved mother and friend, who left us on April 15, 2024 due to a tragic single car roll over accident near Redding California. She was born on August 23, 1971, and lived a vibrantly passionate life characterized by a tenacious spirit and a strong will.
