Celeste Antonia Garcia, known as ‘Celestipants’ and the local artist ‘Spoken,’ went to be with her brother, Richard J. Sahuaqui, in Heaven. She was born July 18, 1985 and passed away on January 11, 2025, peacefully in her sleep in her hometown of Albuquerque New Mexico. She was 39 years old.

       Celeste was a beloved local artist whose talent and creativity left an indelible mark on her community. Her passion for art was only surpassed by her love for her family.

       Celeste was a fun, loving, and kind person, known for her warm and kind spirit and caring nature. She had a unique ability to connect with people and brought joy to everyone that crossed her path. Her artistic endeavors were a reflection of her vibrant personality and inspired many with her work .

        Celeste is survive by her loving mother, Gloria ‘Glo’ Garcia; her step-mother Brenda Kimes; sisters Heavenly Ortiz & Phoenicia Kimes; brothers Jose Kimes & Andrew Kimes; Uncle Richard Sahuaqui; nephews Jacob Lopez, Marcus Lopez, Richard Lopez, Christian Lopez and Ryan and nieces Nevaeh, Trinity, Avrelia and Persephone.
