I'm so sorry for your tragic loss. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Junior personally, but Aunt Pearl remembers that he committed to mowing her lawn one summer. She recalls that Junior was a reliable & kind young man. Our thoughts & prayers for your family.
Sincerely, Aunt Pearl Miller & Sandi Miller Norton

The first day we met Junior was when our son Nick brought his new girlfriend and her two children to our house to meet us. Addie and her littles, Junior and Caitlyn were just little tykes and as active as ever! We had a concrete basketball court and patio so we let them play on a couple old trikes we had from when Nick's sisters were younger. We lived on a hillside and our lawn dropped off abruptly onto a steep embankment that let down to our sheep pen and garden. Before we realized what was happening, Junior took off on his trike down the embankment full speed, his feet in the air and the pedals flying round and round. That kid about gave us a heart attack as we envisioned him running into the fence and we could see us having to take him to the hospital with multiple injuries. But not Junior! He was a tough little guy even back then and full of spit and vinegar! He survived and wanted to do it again! Such a daredevil then and continued to be all of his life. We will miss that red-haired guy!

We will miss our oldest grandchild so much. Junior was a big help to us whenever we needed him to give us a hand. He also helped his great-grandma Dottie several times on her house. He had such a big heart and a smile to go along with it. He was not afraid to do anything and loved life to the fullest. We will sure miss him at family holidays and events and are forever grateful for giving us beautiful daughters that we are proud to call our great-grandaughters and Dottie is proud to call her great-great grandaughters. Life is unpredictable and can be hard to understand, but we pray God continues to give us wisdom, knowledge and understanding in all things...especially in knowing and understanding Junior's passing at such a young age.
"Come on, Adina! Push! Push! You can do it!" Then the doctor said, "It's a boy!" I'll never forget the moment Cecle entered into the world and took his first breath. My heart aches remembering this beautiful memory. His love for the great outdoors, but most of all his family, was beyond measure. Cecle, you have left us with beautiful memories and we are truly grateful to you. It's not goodbye, but we'll see you. Big hug.
From the day I had seen him born, he filled a special place in my heart. The fishing trip we promised each other will be special in heaven.

This is one of my favorite pics, especially because he ended up growing a beard just like this!

Cecle and I before he left to join the Army. I was so proud of him and love him so much!
My dear beautiful Great Nephew,
You have blessed us with your smile, strength, and laughter. You will always remain in our memories and our hearts.
Rest well in God’s glory.
Love,
Great Aunt Hendrieka “Rieke” Bass
Junior and I met when we were both just little munchkins. His mama was good friends with my dad. We played together, had little adventures together, and grew up together. When we made it to Union Highschool I remember Junior teasing me in a brotherly way, and we would always poke fun at each other in passing between class times. I will always remember Junior as firey, strong willed, and ornery with the biggest heart. Until we meet again my friend, give my baby girl kisses and hugs up there in Heaven. 💚
I am very sorry for your loss. I don't know you, but I saw my sister Elizabeth Jaussi does and with our loss of our son on March 28,2021 from a Grandmaul from getting the Covid I know how pain loss is. My thoughts and prayers for your family.❤️
I met Cecil about 2 years ago he was a badass dude and always up for an adventure. I remember him always being there for anyone when they needed it. He helped the night i wrecked my dodge and we had good laughs after we finally got it pulled out! Great guy will be greatly missed.
Cecle was a great guy. I met him late last year and he was always such a kind, loving and amazing guy. He was always around to listen when I needed to talk. He will be so missed. We love him dearly and send love to his family and friends.😕💛
I'm Cassandra Schrepel, Cecle and Caitlin's older half sister. I've only had baby pictures of them. Year ago in January I came into contact with them. Since only knowing Cecle only so very little it felt like forever. The late night conversations about our kids and things we had in common; his favorite thing he always talked about was his turkeys that he has killed. Cecle was very proud to be an uncle to both of his nephews. Can't forget his daughters they were his world! I truly wish we were able to see each other as adults since the last time was when you were alittle thing at my birthday. My son who is 4 is starting to look like you everyday. I'm so sorry to family and friends. Everyone is in my prayers.
