Cecilia "Cece" Lynn Villalobos, aged 58, passed away on July 21, 2025, in Columbia, South Carolina. Born on October 15, 1966, Cecilia was a loving mother, grandmother, and a cherished member of her community, known for her kind, accepting, and brave nature.

Cecilia pursued her education at Malcolm X College in Chicago, Illinois, which laid the foundation for her future career. She dedicated herself to various roles throughout her life, primarily excelling as a caregiver and advice counselor, where she touched many lives with her selflessness and open-mindedness.

Throughout her life, Cecilia found solace and strength in her faith, participating in many religious communities. Her hobbies reflected her vibrant personality; she loved attending parties, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, and spending time on the water. Cecilia also had a profound impact on her family, having adopted many children and grandchildren, spreading love and joy in every interaction.

Cecilia is preceded in death by her grandparents, Nathaniel and Cecilia Kerr; her parents, Gayle and Jimmy Reynolds; and her daughter, Crystal Hughes. She leaves behind her loving sisters, Sharon Stout and Donna Lara; her children, Lucina and James Ramirez; and her adored grandchildren, Angelica Rodriguez, Zoe Rew, Jesus Moone and Luz Olvera, among other dear family members.

In keeping with her wishes, there are no funeral services planned. Instead, Cecilia preferred celebrations of life, reflecting her joyful and vibrant spirit.

The family would like to thank all those who sent their love and support with heartfelt appreciation. You’re kindness will always be remembered.
