I was privileged to know Cecelia through her son Riley.  She was such a lovely lady, and her family was truly her pride and joy.  Riley and Isaac are beyond blessed to have her for their mom, for she poured all of her time, talents, and spirit into creating a nurturing and supportive environment for them.  She has left a beautiful legacy of what it means to be a woman who is devoted to family above all else, and she will be greatly missed by those of us who were fortunate to know her - 

So Sad to hear of Cecilia passing. She was such a Sweet and Loving Spirit. I will forever Cherish the afternoon we shared as she showed me how to make her Amazing Wontons. Our prayers are with Russell, Riley and Isaac and Family. Deepest Sympathy Laury & Jason Ramsey

Dear Cecilia, I am so sad that you will no longer be physically present in our lives. I was looking forward to spending more time together with our family. I promise to hold Riley and Isaac close in my heart always and keep your memory alive with your beautiful grandchildren.
