Cecil Louis Brown Jr., age 79 passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, and former president of the Boilermakers Union Local 453.

Preceded in death by parents, Cecil L. Brown Sr. and Mary Ruth Brown; wife, Donna Sue Brown.

Survived by brother, James O. Brown (Shirley); son, Cecil Louis Brown III (Lisa); daughter, Kimberly Rene’ Colley (Kevin); stepson, Allen Watson (Robin); grandchildren, Crystal Brown Kirby (Terry), Keila Brown, William Brown, and Hope Watson; and many family and friends.

Receiving of friends will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 5:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Beeler officiating. Family and friends will meet on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:45am at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery for 11:00am graveside service.
