Cecil's obituary

Cecil Wayne Hunsucker passed away February 16, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Born in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Forrest Calvin and Dora Phoebe Hunsucker.   He was a member of North Fayette UMC and life long storyteller.

He was preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Dora Hunsucker, wife Debrah G Hunsucker, daughter Amanda Lyne Smith, brother and best friend Calvin, sister-in-law in law Linda Hunsucker.   

 He is survived by Father-in-law Tommy S Gibson.  His Son Andrew and daughter-in-law Tabitha Hunsucker.   Grandchildren Connor and Gracie Smith, Lila and Noah Hunsucker.  Sister-in-law DeDee and Jason Sallies.  Special Friend Gina Alford.   Nieces and Nephews and many life long friends.  

Memorial Service will be held at Wesley Way UMC on Saturday, March 5, 2022.  Visitation with the family will take place at 1pm, followed by the memorial at 2pm.  

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wesley Way UMC Youth Ministry or North Fayette UMC.
