Cecil Clyde Brown III, 60, of Portsmouth, VA, passed away on October 04, 2023  Clyde graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School  in 1982.   His best friend Junior Harris tells about them playing Football early on and Clyde lettering in Wrestling his Senior year.  He was also very talented in Mechanical Drawing.  Clyde went on to work for several local Contractors and at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Tidewater Community College .  Clyde enjoyed spending time with his special friend Beth Simpson. They even got to travel around Europe.   He was also a member of the Local JC's.  Clyde was predeceased by his Father Cecil Brown Jr., his Mother Elsewood S. Brown, a sister, Gayle,(Galiney) and a brother. Jeffery Upton. He is survived by  his Brothers, Charles Upton Jr. (Cynthia), Micheal Upton (Tina),  and many relatives and friends.  Clyde will be buried next to his Parents and there will be a "Celebration of Life" at a later date.
