Grandma! Nothing prepares you for losing a family member. It doesn't matter how long you've been apart or how long you've known they might be leaving soon. I've known you my whole entire life, and I will miss you for the rest of it. I am glad we were able to spend the time together that we did, as I always wished we could have throughout my life. I think we had a lot of fun together, and I tried my best to make you laugh, spoil you, and care for you when you were here (even if I annoyed you about it sometimes haha). I was prepared to take care of you until your very end (showers and hair brushing and ice bringing included), and I regret I wasn't able to say goodbye one last time. I know you are up there singing praises with the trees and the grass and the waters, walking with Jesus and your family members like you always talked about. We have all prayed that Jesus take you by the hand as you transition into the afterlife. Can't wait to see you there. Love you always.
