Cathleen's daughter, Christianna is the co-founder and chief sacrificer for the 501c3 charity Spring Reins of Life, Inc. therefore by default the nonprofit. Cathleen held a secret advisory role in the mission of SRoL, if even just for the sanity of her daughter. The founding four horses of this nonprofit held a special place in Cat's heart and were introduced to her "bus kids" as (these are) my grand-kids in the Northeast! Yes, they are over 1,000# each! While the mission is lifesaving and most important, it is partly a reason that mother/daughter spent much time apart... However, the work is important, and it should continue.
