Cathie Marie Carbullido Junio was born in Tamuning, Guam, USA on September 27, 1968. She was one of five children of Julian and Cecilia Carbullido. She moved from Agat, Guam to Long Beach, CA and went to Polytechnic High School where she met her high school sweetheart and husband Chris Junio. Together, Cathie and Chris raised three lovely children, Jaymes, Leahni and Melanie. They eventually settled their family in Puyallup, WA to be closer to Cathie's siblings and their extended family.

Cathie had a career in the medical field as a patient advocate, but she has been most proud of being a wife, mother and home maker for our family. She enjoyed hosting parties and sharing her love through food and laughter, creating many memorable occasions for her family and friends.

Cathie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2021. She fought relentlessly with the support of her family, friends and Catholic faith. She eventually succumbed to the disease in January of 2023. Her love, laughter, home cooked meals and presence will be forever missed.
