My heart breaks because my story is almost parallel to hers ..
Currently dealing and fighting for my three young children after being abused and even dealing with the same nasty attorney Faith Miller. I have trial soon after filing my own emergency motion because I couldn't afford council. My best advice is to stay level headed , 10 steps ahead and know that these rich people are not on your side. I want to shed light on how disgusting and unfair our legal system can truly be. When I read Catherine's story I cried and cried and couldn't believe how much she went through yet it seems there was no justice. My heart hurts for her babies. I know more than anyone how hard it is to push through when the other side has money to control others like puppets and the evidence is as clear as day yet they have already made up their mind about you. Rest in peace Angel. I'm so sorry.

Very sad story and real wake up call for state governments to crack down hard on corruption and political agendas in family courts and divorce courts. These are very serious places with a serious job to do and serious consequences to children and families. They should NOT be used as locations or opportunities for lawyers to earn large amounts of money.

USA desperately needs an Underground Railroad for victims of domestic violence and court abuse similar to the Underground Railroad that existed to help black slaves flee from slavery in the South before the Civil War. The DV UR could help physically rescue adults and children from abusive situations and relocate them in other cities and states with new identities where they can live in safety and peace. Removing children from decent homes and placing them with abusers is a form of human trafficking, and since state and federal governments refuse to deal with the issue, only individuals in these situations and organizations that want to help them have to take up this cause.

RIP Catherine Youssef, Attorney at Law. Court abuse of children and families is an epidemic in the suburban and rural areas of the USA. The only place where victims of domestic violence and their children have any protection from the courts and law enforcement is in large cities with liberal political leadership (generally the same ones that function as Sanctuary Cities for immigrants). The damage that is done to people by corrupt courts in suburban and rural areas is devastating, incalculable and the shame of this nation.

This loss is immense, especially to her daughters, but also to women being further abused by court system.
As she said, her very existence was causing more pain for her children because of this man's evil vindictive narcissistic abusive ways. She sadly left this world knowing she had the evidence but would not be able to complete the legal war, knowing that millions if people worldwide would in honor of her strength and in shared love for her children. What she left was not only selfless and out of love, but absolutely brilliant. I commend her and stand with her Dropbox full of evidence against this abhorrent man.

My heart shatters with anger, terror, sadness.I grew up in a home like I seen in the videos, I felt what them kids felt .i was in Catherine shoes with my ex I understand why she left this earth. I won’t stand quietly I will raise my voice for her and them little girls. I pray that those girls will get a better life away from Allen he don’t deserve to care for them . Catherine deserves justice for the battles she faced and her kids deserve peace and grow up happy .

I am so heartbroken to read and watch the videos that displayed such horrible events that surrounded you and your beautiful daughters. I'm so sorry that you were fighting so many people who were only after the greedy money to destroy the relationship with your daughters. I truly believe justice will be served to all involved here on earth and definitely later. I hope you can rest in peace. I hope one day your daughters will understand the horrible decisions that were made against you and them were all at the evil hands of their father. It's my prayers that the girls never forget their beautiful mother and the pain she suffered while not being able to be a part of their life. I pray they understand her desire to end her ongoing pain and extreme suffering.

I am so sorry Catherine. I didn't know you but the world has heard your message. You were begging for help and the family court system contributed to your abuse. I cannot imagine all the pain you've been through with an abusive ex husband. Millions of people like myself read your FB page. We will be fighting the family court system. Your case will change history. We will not allow this abuse by men in authority to continue to strip Mother's rights away from their children. I will never understand a system that would punish a Mother and children this way. You deserved to be with your girls. My heart goes to to your children and family. No one protected you or helped you along the way. I am deeply sorry. I am praying for your children. May they be protected from their evil "father." And may you get the justice you deserve.

Catherine, I am so saddened by what you endured. I am encouraged even more to name my abusers who terrorized my family and I do it here: Judge Scott Miller, Thomas Shannan, Madeleine Weiss and Anne Czymmek were the colluders via Tompkins County Family Court and DSS. As for you, too, there are others. I see every part of your life, body and mind were stripped. 😢 I am going to keep fighting for you, your family, me, mine and all others. I was devastated when I heard the news of Catherine's passing. And I am afraid for her daughters.

I only know Catherine through her last letter. I am heartbroken and appalled at the abuse that was perpetrated against her. That Family Court was so complicit in her abuse speaks volumes about the state of affairs that so many protective parents are forced to deal with everyday in this country. I marvel at Catherine’s courage and that her dying wish
was that others will pick up her fight so that her death will not be in vain. My condolences to Catherine’s beautiful children and her family and friends. 💔

I did not know who you are , but my partner is also fighting the same kind of battle. Parental Alienation is real! And it knows no sex , no degree , no education, no culture , no country, no boundaries. I am in Canada and your story is being heard.
