CATHERINE PATRICIA (Rom) SETTLE
June 8, 1944 - August 30, 2022
Beloved wife of the late James J. Settle, loving stepmother of Catherine M. Settle (deceased), Brian P. Settle (deceased), Suzanne Settle Liggitt husband Paul (deceased), Alicia Settle Cox husband Chris. Grandmother to Christie, Kimberly, Kayla, Steven, Anthony (deceased), James (deceased) and Angela. Great-Grandmother to three. Cherished by the Settle family, many nieces, nephews and so many friends.
Cathy will be remembered always for her grace, her kindness, her spirited disposition, for her sage and solid advice and optimistic look on life. Cathy was an active volunteer and held many positions with many local organizations. She had a great love and affection for the many dogs that she and Jim had over the years.
Funeral mass for Cathy will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 80 S. Lynn Street, Waterford, MI 48328. The family will welcome guests at 10:00 a.m. Cathy will be laid to rest with her husband Jim at All Saints Cemetery.
