It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Jeanne Crosby, a beloved mother, daughter, and friend. Born on July 22, 1970, Jeanne went to be with the Lord on December 2025, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all those lucky enough to have known her.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter Baylee Simon, son Bode Fryar; son-in-law Alex Simon; mother Bonnie Jane Glass; father Ron Glass; her brother Steven Glass; her sister-in-law Julie Glass; and her nieces Blayklee and Kynlee Glass. She was preceded in death by her Aunt Cindy Godbehere Rowan, and is now reunited with her in Heaven. She was also apart of a friend group “The Glam Squad”, who will miss her dearly. A constellation of love and warmth, Jeanne’s personality was a radiant combination of nurturing, wittiness, and an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel at home.

She once told us, 'Always be kind', a lesson she lived by and instilled in all those around her. After graduating from nursing school, Jeanne dedicated 30 years of her life to a nursing career, touching countless lives with her care, empathy, and altruism. Her greatest accomplishment, however, was the love she cultivated within her family and the deep bonds she shared with friends.

Jeanne’s legacy is a testament of unconditional love, kindness, and being a safe space for others. She was truly one of a kind, with a smile that lit up any room she entered. Every room was instantly warmer in her presence, a testament to her vast heart and ceaseless love for others.

She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she has left behind. As we mourn this loss, we also celebrate a life well-lived, remembering Jeanne for the radiant soul that she was.
