Background
Carter was a veteran, No help from them. Social Security only pays $255.00 for expenses. I myself have no great financial security either. My husband and I were living off of His social security income and my little bit I earned at our local gas station's deli. Every saturday of the month. I have to find a full time job now and I still have my grandson Justin to take care of besides. not easy as I really don't want to go on complete aide from the state.
