Carrie Lynne Toon-Rowe passed away February 10,2023.She was 55 years old.She leaves behind her father's Gary Toon & Hector Rendon brother William LANDON Toon,daughters Ashley, Brittany & Taylor along with five grandchildren.Carrie went to be with her mother & God up in heaven..may she rest in peace
