Carolyn "Bunny" Schultz went home to Jesus on October 24, 2021, at age 83. Bunny was born to Fannie and Leonard Johnson on July 17, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan. Carolyn was only 3 pounds when she came home, dressed in a white angora sweater and hat everyone thought she looked like a little bunny and the name stuck. Bunny grew up in Detroit and had many fond memories of shopping at Hudson's and spending her summers at Camp Dearborn.

Bunny met her husband,  Dave Schultz, during their freshman year at Eastern Michigan University in 1956. They married on December 27, 1958, and went on to have three sons, Kurt Schultz (Sandy Dungan), Eric Schultz, and Chris Schultz (Christy Moscheck).  In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Bunny was an elementary teacher in the Huron School District for 25 years. Bunny loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends and family in Venice, Florida. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.

Bunny joins her parents, her sister, Marilyn, and granddaughter, Rosemarie, in Heaven. She is survived by her husband, her sons, and grandchildren, Dalton Schultz, Christopher Schultz, and Catherine Schultz. Psalm 62:5-6
