Carolyn Feis Savko age 88 passed away on 9/1/24. She died peacefully in her sleep due to complications from Alzheimer's disease.
Mom was born 11/25/35 in Hastings, NE to Elmer and Hulda Feis. She attended Hastings High School before embarking on a music career in piano by attending Oberlin College and obtaining her Master's Degree from Indiana University. She met her then husband Paul in Stillwater, OK. The family moved to Newberry, SC for work …
