With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Clevers, a gentle soul and the epitome of love and care. Born on August 29, 1943, Carolyn passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025 at home surrounded by those she loved. Her life was a testament to family, selflessness, and joy, and she enriched the lives of everyone around her.
Carolyn embodied the roles of a loving mother, a devoted wife, and an affectionate grandmother. She is survived by her children: sons Chris, Timothy, and Randy Clevers, and daughters Ellie Clevers, and Lorie Harrig. She was a beacon of warmth to her thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Carolyn was predeceased by her beloved spouse, Kenneth Clevers, her parents, Francis, and Blanche Eisold, and her brothers, Cletus, and Raymond Brown.
Carolyn will fondly be remembered for her simple joys. She had a taste for Smokies, a love for the television show 'Reba', and a knack for any type of game. She enjoyed spending time with family and held the belief that the best vacation spot was anywhere she could be with her family. Carolyn expressed her vibrant personality through her favorite color, blue, and radiated kindness in her every interaction.
As testament to her loving nature, Carolyn's life was full of wisdom and teachings. She believed in lifting up those in need and generously did so throughout her life. Raising her five children and helping raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments. Her enduring legacy is to bring family together as often as possible.
Remembering Carolyn Clevers, we recall a woman who was truly one of the most loving people one could ever meet. Her devotion to her loved ones, service to others, and nurturing heart will forever be cherished.
