Carolyn was so sweet and kind. Years ago, she and Tom helped a wonderful dog, Bunker, who was in a bad situation, and we were fortunate to adopt him. We were fortunate to meet both Carolyn and Tom back then, and Carolyn and I stayed in touch all of these years. She had that wonderful sparkle of light and love. I was so fortunate to have such a dear friend. Our deepest condolences to Terresa and all of Carolyn's family and friends.

Aunt Carolyn made life better. She cared about others and was always adding joy to those around her, whether people or pets. She will be sorely missed 🩷

Mom, you were a very special person. Not just because you are my mother, but because of your personality. You were always interested in people, places and things. A true kind soul. Full of liveliness and the joy of life.
My earliest memories of you were watching you get dressed for work with your hair piled high on your head and driving your light blue Corvair.
You had elegant taste in your clothes and home decorations. I always envied how you could make something out of nothing.
You and daddy were quite the pair. Inseparable. I always compared the two of you to the TV show Hart to Hart. Whether it was playing golf, boating, gardening or cooking together, the love both of you shared was truly inspiring
You were always there for me. A strong support no matter what happened, you were there and I depended on that support. I only hope that my support over the last few years was comparable.
You told me once that I was your best friend. I laughed at that. How could I be your best friend? Hundreds of miles away, available only by phone and the twice a year visits with the kids.
I’m honored to be your best friend.
I miss you so much. I wish I could hug you one more time and tell you how much I love you.
Your best friend - your daughter, Terresa. 💕
