Caroline Mary Basher, 76 of Attica, passed away on Friday (February 27, 2026) at Unity Hospital, Rochester, surrounded by the love of her family.

Caroline was born February 25, 1950, in Buffalo, a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Moulin) Thering.

She retired from a career as a driver for Custom Topsoil, in Buffalo. After retirement Caroline enjoyed being in the outdoors through a retirement job as a landscaper for the Darien State Park.
