Carol's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Stamper. Born August 18, 1941, Carol departed from this world on April 5, 2024, leaving an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Carol was predeceased by her loving husband, Milt Stamper, her cherished son Ed Stamper, as well as her dear sister Marilyn Busch, and son-in-law, Dennis Albrecht. She is survived by her children Terry Albrecht, Rick Stamper, Bob Stamper, and TJ Stamper (wife Cindy). Her legacy also lives on through her nine grandchildren: Jeremy Albrecht (wife Charlotte), Melanie Campbell (husband Tony), Lindsey Larson, Michael Stamper, Molly Stamper, Heather Insalaco, Kayla Stamper, Sean Stamper and Kyle Grigery. She also has many great grandchildren who fondly call her Nanny.
Carol was a pillar of the family, a person of undeniable influence and love. She was the beloved sister of Russ Watson and sister-in-law of Betty Watson.
Known for her kind, sweet, caring, and loving personality, the lessons she taught us—to love our family and be there for each other—are ones we will pass on to future generations. Carol's love for life was evident in her vibrant interests. She had a penchant for ice cream, Coca-Cola, and the music of Garth Brooks. Carol was an avid watcher of soap operas, HGTV, 'When Calls the Heart', and 'Everybody Loves Raymond'. A true fan of the classic 'Gone With The Wind', her love for quilting, crocheting, and her favorite color blue equally highlighted her unique charm.
We invite family, friends, and those whose lives were touched by Carol to a Celebration of Life service on April 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Generations Christian Church. This gathering will be a time to share memories, grieve together, and honor the remarkable life of Carol Stamper. And as we remember Carol, let us keep in our hearts her radiant smile, loving nature, and the warmth she brought into this world. She will be greatly missed by many.
