Faithful wife, loving mother, and retired nurse, Carol Christine (Spittler) Menk’s life did not come to an end with her death but merely marks the beginning of her new life with Christ.

Carol passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 86, after a full life of faithful and dedicated service to our Lord, her family, her patients, and her community. Carol’s memory will be carried on in her remaining siblings, children, grandchildren, …
