Background
Anyone who knew Carol knew she loved animals a lot. Her dogs were always a part of her family. She worked in Shavano Park to create a lost dog program in the city and help keep animals out of shelters and with their families. She and her friend Mr. Michaels did a lot to support Best Friends Animal Sanctuary where she even got to go visit in South Utah one year.

How are donations used?
Donations are used to make the biggest impact in ending the killing in America's shelters. This includes our major no-kill initiatives, funding our lifesaving centers, and grants to our Network Partner organizations.

What can be done with a $100 donation?
$100 helps provide six weeks of formula for an orphaned newborn puppy.
