Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend Carol Quartucci passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Carol was born to Jean and Allan Ramsay on May 12, 1942 in Long Beach, CA. She attended Pius X High School, where she met the love of her life, Joe. They married in 1962 and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. They welcomed four children, Carol …
