My deepest condolences to the Lopes family. Carol was a wonderful woman and it was an absolute privilege to know her. May she rest in endless peace and may her memory live on through her family and loved ones.

A NEW SHINING STAR IS BORN 
 Come, see the sky my brother 
 Come See what God placed there
 It looks like a picture painted with a lifetime of love and care 
 See it, see the beauty of the rays—so many brilliant rays 
 But brother what does it mean?
 "It means a lifetime of love. It means family and new beginnings. It’s peace. It’s a radiance that never dies—it means love is eternal 
 A new star is born and it belongs high up there, right where God is putting it. Look at her flying so confident and so brilliant. Feel the rays wash your face. Don’t they remind you of goodness, brother?" 
 Yes, I see what you mean; and of course, that’s the new star named Carol—a shining role model 
 She’s on her way, shooting across the universe to warm our souls and let us know she’ll be alright 
 “She’s our new shining star"
 Shine bright sister, Carol. Shine it up the way you blessed us with your loving light 
 One day we’ll be on our way too 
 Carol, thank you for so generously lighting the way

Carol was a beautiful person.  I will remember her love of family and friends.  She was a beautiful spirit here on earth.  My condolences to her family.  Rest In Peace Carol.

I am deeply saddened to hear this. She  was a beautiful person. Our children went to school together! We send our prayers and love to her family and friends.
