Carol leaves behind …

Personal note from Tom- spouse and Ronda - Daughter

To My Dearest Carol,

You are the light of my life,
And the love of my life.
You’ve changed me in ways I never imagined possible.
My love for you will never die, never fade.
You are my first love...
My last love...
My only love.
When you’ve been married for 63 years,
You don’t just live together—you grow together.
Without you, my life would be incomplete.
You complete me.
I love you forever and always.
Yours forever,
Your Loving Poopsie, Tom

From Ronda
Since there's only one spot to leave a note, I'm borrowing Dad’s space for a minute, thanks, Dad! Please don’t charge me rent. LOL!

Mom, I want to say thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done for me over the years, for always being there, for shaping the person I’ve become, and for loving me unconditionally. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you.
No matter the time, day or night, if I was sad or needed to talk, you were there. You celebrated with me during the good times and lent your ear during the hard ones. You never judged. Instead, you gently nudged me in the right direction and helped me stay on the right path.
You made me laugh every day, sometimes with your quick wit, sometimes just by being you. Even now, I find myself smiling just thinking about the things you said or did. Especially, when you were teasing Dad! "What? Huhh?" I still laugh hearing you say that in my mind. Dad laughs too!
I’m so grateful I got to spend so much time with you during those last eight months. I’m just sorry you had to endure so much. But, even through the pain, you still managed to light up the room, and make us all laugh with you. You sang your silly little songs in that… oh-so-beautiful voice (LOL), and you always sent me to bed smiling.
I miss you so much, Mommy. I love you deeply, and I’ll carry you in my heart every single day. Thank you for filling my life, and this world, with so much love and joy.

Love you forever and always,
Your favorite daughter,
Ronda
