Carol was born on October 25, 1958 to Johnnie & Pauline Urbanski in Caldwell County, TX.
Carol was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Frankie Lee and Richard Wayne Urbanski. She is survived by her significant other, Mikey Jiminez and daughters, Jennifer (Jeremy) Creek of Killeen, TX, Cherri Covey of Sonora, TX and Alisha (Zed) Snodgrass of Sonora, TX, 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also left to cherish her memory are sisters, Sandra (Tom) Leathers, Ginger (Alan) Childress, Patricia Leatherman, Brenda Urbanski, Tara Urbanski and brothers, Johnnie Urbanski Jr, Patrick Urbanski and Arthur Urbanski. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
