Carol Chandler, 67, of Van, TX, peacefully passed away on May 12, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.
Carol was born on June 22, 1954 to Relmon and Geneva Whitus in the city of Van Tx. Carol was passionate about sewing and cooking for the elderly and loved what she did for a living for many years.
