Carol graduated from Hollywood High School and attended UCLA. During her college summers, she was a lifeguard and worked at her mother’s print shop where Carol met Clyde Casuga. They were married in 1972 and had been inseparable for 52 years.
With Clyde’s technical skills & Carol’s enthusiastic personality, they started their own printing business, Graphic Expressions, through which she touched many with her kindness and amazing ability to create a close friend out of a client instantaneously. Carol exuded generosity, shared what she could for those in need, and never ran short of genuine care for those she met.
Carol attended the Canoga Park Seventh-Day Adventist church where she became a devoted choir teacher for the youth, led youth bible studies, and blessed many with her talent of singing. She sang professionally with a travel choir and graciously for other churches & events. Carol was well known for her voice and musical talents which included writing songs, one which she wrote and performed at the wedding of her younger daughter, Krista.
In between work and church, Carol was an avid and competitive bowler. She also coordinated and played in LA Municipal Volleyball Leagues in the San Fernando Valley. Carol’s natural sense of humor combined with her creativity complimented her role as a substitute teacher at San Fernando Valley Academy.
Carol was a beloved mother to two daughters, Nissa (married to Norma Gaeta de Santiago) and Krista (married to Tony Supa). Carol was deeply adored by all her grandchildren and was known as Grammy to: Kailey Supa, Joshua Supa, & Lily Supa.
