Carol Sue Baugher 

January 15,1943 - July 12,2024

Carol Baugher was called home to be with Jesus and her beloved husband on July 12, 2024 after a brief illness with Pancreatic cancer at the age of 81.

Born and raised in Indiana, Carol dreamed of becoming a stewardess so she could see the world and go on adventures. The Lord had another calling for her though. He brought Larry Baugher into her life, and she credits him for leading her to become a born-again Christian. They married and had 3 daughters together and served The Lord and our country as a family. They lived all over the world during Larry’s over 2 decades of service in the United States Air Force and served during Vietnam.

Carol loved The Lord with all her heart and was a devout and humble Christian. Her love for Jesus carried through to her love for her family. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mentor and friend. She loved to play games until the early hours of the morning, to make delicious meals for her family, to send ice cream treats to the great-grandkids and laugh and fellowship with friends and family.

Her impact on this world and our hearts was profound, and she is deeply missed.

A private ceremony will be held for her family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers: share an ice-cream with a friend, surprise a loved one with a flower (her favorite was yellow roses with pink tips), or make a stranger’s day with a smile. Share her love with the world and make it a brighter place in her honor.
