Carmine A. Galasso, 93, was born on August 26, 1925 in Waterbury, Connecticut. In September of 1943, Carmine joined the United States Army and honorably served his country as Private First Class during WWII. In January of 1944, he was stationed overseas in England as part of the 5th Armored Division. While on leave from the Army in 1945, he met his future wife Anna. Carmine was sent back to Army camp before being honorably …
