Background
The family of Carmen "Yiya" Rodriguez with a heavy heart is sharing the news of our dear Wela's passing. She was a cherished presence not only in the eyes of her family but also in the lives of the community. Her sudden departure has left a profound void in all of our hearts. During this difficult time, we find solace in the support and care of her friends and family. Her unexpected loss has not only left us emotionally devastated but also facing some unforeseen financial challenges. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will go a long way. Your support will assist our family in honoring her memory with no limitations. Yiya was a faithful servant of the Lord. When given a second chance at life, her testimony shows how she selflessly gave back to the church and her community. She fed the neighborhood with her silliness and delicious home-cooked meals. For these reasons, we humbly ask you to share some of your best memories of Carmen Yiya on this memorial page. Her spirit was so pure & contagious! We find peace knowing she is in heaven dancing and filling God and all of his Angels with endless joy and laughter.
