My Mom was a total pet lover. She loved dogs and she loved cats.
As children, we had a dog named Nena. The dog couldn't stand us but she adored my Mom.

Then Amadeus and Victoria came into her life and they became her everything. She adored her dogs. They went to a Perroton, a doggy marathon in Caracas, and had a blast. Later on, the dogs came to join her in the USA; and they were inseparable.
Then came The Years of the Cats: Mufasa, Arepita, and Cami.
Mufasa, a British Shorthair was my Mom's first cat. Mufasa was a very special big guy and decided that he wanted a companion. One night, I brought a kitten to the house with me and Mufasa was incredibly curious and excited about the kitten. So the kitten became Arepita.
Unfortunately, Mufasa passed away and my Mom wanted a friend. Then came Cameron, aka Cami, "Mi Gatico" like she used to call him.
Cami is a very special kitty, he is like a cat-dog. He comes when called, greets people at the door, and he was always with my Mom.
This donation will go to a group called "Furever Saved" a 501 c3 Florida Charity Organization. Furever Saved is dedicated to the rescue of cats and kittens in distress.
My friends from "Furever Saved" have helped our family in the rescue and adoption of many cats and kittens.
My Mom was always looking forward to seeing the kittens. We would Facetime with the babies or I would send her videos.
The money raised for "Furever Saved" will be used toward the rescue of cats and kittens in Miami and Broward Counties. "Furever Saved" provides veterinary care, food, shelter to many cats and kittens.

Memorial events are private

We had a small service only for the family. in January 2021. We appreciate everyone's love and support. In honor of my Mom, please donate to this wonderful rescue group "Furever Saved". This is a cause that was very dear to my Mom. She loved animals and animals loved her.
