We regret to announce the passing of Carlos Moreno, 61, of Milledgeville , on March 25th. Carlos passed away, pain free, after a short stay in hospice care.
He is survived by his wife, parents, sisters, step children, and his extended family in Colombia.
Carlos wanted a private cremation.
We love you and will miss you forever.
