Carl's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Carl Wilson, II. Born on June 17, 1949, Carl departed from this life on April 22, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication.
Carl will be deeply missed by his loving family. His siblings Ernest and Janet; Wife Nga; daughters Kim, Carol, and Patty; grandchildren Anastasia, Jalissa, Alexis, Michael, Taylor, Brandy, and Arlouine; great grandchildren Mason, Anabelle, Mackenzie and Loralai.
Known for his wit, love, and kindness, Carl was a magnet for those who knew him. His sparkling personality had a natural, graceful way of making those around him feel welcomed and loved. One of his most cherished philosophies in life was to 'leave your worries at the door when you get home', a lesson of relaxation and positivity he instilled in his loved ones.
An accomplished veteran, Carl dedicated many years of his life serving his country. Following his military service, he applied his mechanical skills as a diligent airplane mechanic. He was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always putting his family at the forefront of his life. His unconditional love for his family defined him and was his greatest accomplishment.
The Celebration of Life ceremony for Carl will be held on June 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Lakeland Village Community Center. Still to be determined is the ceremony for his cemetery service where the flag ceremony will occur
Carl's legacy of unwavering love and his cherished memories will forever be etched in our hearts. His wit and kindness will continue to inspire us and his teachings will be passed down to the generations after him. We are all better for having known him and he will be deeply missed.
